- 100g frozen cranberries
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 2 cups cranberry juice
- Â¾ cup orange juice
Place berries in a saucepan; use a potato masher to lightly crush. Add sugar and juice. Bring to a simmer, stirring to dissolve sugar. Cool. Pour into icypole moulds.
TIPS: Summer is berry season but, all year round, any frozen berries will give you a delicious foundation for these tangy treats.
