Fruit Loaf with Berry Smash

Ingredients
- 2 thick slices wholemeal fruit loaf
- 2-3 strawberries, roughly sliced
- 1â„2 cup low-fat ricotta cheese
Preparation method
Lightly toast bread; cut into thick sticks. Mash berries in a small bowl. Stir through the ricotta. Spread mixture onto toast and serve.
