- 2 small wholemeal pita breads
- 2 tablespoons light, spreadable cream cheese
- 40g shaved or thinly sliced â€˜liteâ€™ ham
- 1â„2 green pear, quartered, cored and thinly sliced
- Cinnamon sugar, to serve
Spread the pita with cream cheese. Arrange ham and pears on top. Lightly sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Serve cut into quarters.
Warm the pita in a toaster before topping, if you like.
