Ham and Pear Pita Pizza

  • 2 small wholemeal pita breads
  • 2 tablespoons light, spreadable cream cheese
  • 40g shaved or thinly sliced ‘lite’ ham
  • 1⁄2 green pear, quartered, cored and thinly sliced
  • Cinnamon sugar, to serve

Preparation method

Spread the pita with cream cheese. Arrange ham and pears on top. Lightly sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Serve cut into quarters.

Warm the pita in a toaster before topping, if you like.
