Mini Fish Cake Burgers

Ingredients
- 300g white flesh fish (boneless and skinless)
- 50g green beans, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 mini bap rolls, split
- small pineapple rings, sliced tomato, butter lettuce leaves and mayonnaise, to serve
Preparation method
Place fish, beans, chilli sauce, salt and pepper in a food processor. Process until just combined. Shape mixture into four patties.
Heat a large oiled frying pan over a medium heat. Cook patties for 2 to 3 minutes each side or until golden brown and just cooked through.
Serve patties between rolls with pineapple, tomato, lettuce and mayonnaise.
