2. Combine cake mix, eggs, 2â„3 cup water, butter and grated zest in a large bowl. Beat using an electric mixer on Low speed until just combined, then beat on Medium speed 3 minutes. Spoon batter into prepared pan. Bake 30 minutes, until cooked when tested with a skewer.
3. Combine orange juice and sugar in a microwave-safe bowl; heat on High (100%) for 1 minute. Stir. Pour syrup over hot cake. Cool 10 minutes. Turn out; garnish with shredded zest. Serve warm or cold with fruit.
